Nomad Foods was formed in 2015 and with revenues of €2.6bn is the largest frozen food company in Europe. Nomad owns a portfolio of leading brands including Birds Eye, Findus and iglo, supplemented in 2018 with the purchase of Goodfellas Pizza and Aunt Bessie’s, and in 2021 with the purchase of Ledo and Frikom.   We manufacture and distribute a range of branded frozen food products across 22 European countries with the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Sweden and France representing our five largest markets.   The long-term goal of Nomad is to develop a global portfolio of best-in-class food brands by growing organically and through strategic M&A.   We are proposing that our new  Shared Finance Centre will house both our Financial Accounting teams and our Financial Planning and Analysis Centre of Expertise.    Our vision is to build trusted, equal partnerships through the delivery of timely and valuable services that will ensure growth and business success for Nomad Foods. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for the ownership of analytical standards for reporting and modelling KPIs and as a key financial liaison, partnering with the various departments across the business unit.

It is an exciting time to join Nomad Foods. Due to the high growth of the business, Nomad Foods has a desire to become more data driven. Reporting into the Data & Analytics Director, you will have the responsibility for setting up a new Data Governance & Master Data team to ensure the availability, integrity, usability, and security of data across Nomad Foods. This role will drive data ownership across the organisation whilst working closely with the Reporting Team and the Data Engineering & Insight Team to ensure data quality requirements meets the needs of the Nomad business. You will manage a team, and that team will work in amongst the business understanding the roles and interactions staff have with data. The team will liaise constantly with Data Stewards in place across Nomad Foods. In order to deliver certain projects, this role is required to build effective relationships with 3rd parties / contractors so that the team can be augmented to ensure smooth delivery.

The PMO & Project Manager is combination role responsible for both the Administration, Reporting and Coordination of Nomad Foods Commercial Project Portfolio along with delivering Project Management  to chosen Commercial Projects.   Their focus is on ensuring that Nomad Foods is set up to comply with the monthly CMOR process. The scale of Nomad Foods Innovation Process which covers circa 600 users, 350 projects pa generating in the region of £60-£100m Net Sales per annum means it is critical we have an effective process & tool in place.   The role does this through being the custodian & subject matter expert on Planview (Nomad Foods PPM tool) and through driving education & Improvement in Nomad Foods Innovation Process across the organisation.   A Project Management skill set is also in place to utilise with spare capacity on chosen Commercial Projects.

The SFC is an outstanding place to work for finance professionals, with new and exciting opportunities to develop careers whilst also being recognised alongside the very best of our people.   Reporting to the Group FD, and leading a team of c180 FTE across the Shared Finance organisation, this role will deliver a commercial, customer-focused, high-quality set of managed finance services, including RTR, OTC, FP&A and P2P, across the Nomad Foods Group. The role will also work in partnership with the SAP S4HANA Business Transformation program team to support implementation of s4HANA and the transformation of processes to support the Shared Finance Centre team that meets the needs of the Nomad Foods business.   We are seeking an experienced leader who is accountable for results and able to lead by example. They should show humility to build collaborative relationships across the Finance Leadership Team and the wider Nomad Foods organization, to deliver value creation with a one Nomad P&L mindset.   Always operating with integrity, this individual demonstrates a thoughtful and robust approach in their influencing style which is visible through their ability to cut through ambiguity, and deliver well thought-out, objective decisions and clear messages.
