The Communications Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing best-in-class Nomad advertising and providing the consumer with engaging customer journeys for all Nomad Foods’ central Must Win Battles for all Categories (Fish, Veg, Green Cuisine) and across all markets.
The Communications Senior Brand Manager will report into, and support, the Group Communications & Marketing Director to develop Brand Strategy and originate key Brand activations. The Communications Senior Brand Manger will also have line management responsibility for a Communications Brand Manager.
The successful candidate will be critical to support and influence group-wide stakeholders, both within Nomad HQ and across markets, to ensure successful strategy development and executional excellence of advertising, driving business growth and profitability across markets.
This is an opportunity to join the Group Legal Team at Nomad Foods which is a fast paced in house FMCG legal team supporting the global business of Nomad Foods and its portfolio of European frozen food brands, including Birds Eye, Findus, iglo, Goodfellas, Aunt Bessie’s, Ledo and Frikom. The successful candidate will provide expert FMCG legal advice to key stakeholders within the Nomad Foods business with the purpose of driving business growth and also ensuring that governance and compliance programs protect the business at all times.
The role will include working under the strategic direction of Senior Legal Counsel to advise and provide solutions and documentation for a number of functions within the business. The role encapsulates all elements of FMCG legal work, including;
- advising on and producing supply chain and procurement contracts;
- advising on contractual and commercial relationships with retailers;
- advising marketing teams on attitudes to risk, media contracts and marketing and advertising claims;
- supporting governance and compliance programs;
- providing general commercial legal advice, to include competition law and IP, and
- as required, providing deal support to M&A transactions.
This role would suit a person with a curious and flexible mindset, who is commercially savvy and willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into anything and everything, working closely with experienced in-house FMCG lawyers and experts in risk. As a result, the successful candidate can expect to develop quickly and over time mature as an engaged commercial business partner as well as a highly regarded legal specialist.

The business operates two manufacturing sites in Ireland (Naas and Longford) employing approximately 450 FTEs and producing c. 58k tons of Pizzas annually, predominantly under the Goodfella’s and San Marco brands. BEP also produces own label Pizza for many retailers in both the UK and Ireland.
The Senior Finance Business Partner is a newly created strategic role which will be a key member of the Leadership Team. The purpose of this position is to drive strategic cost savings initiatives and capital investment projects.
The Naas Pizza site is part of the Nomad Foods Group. The business operates two manufacturing sites in Ireland (Naas and Longford) employing approximately 450 FTEs and producing c. 50k tons of Pizzas annually, predominantly under the Goodfella’s and San Marco brands. The core responsibility of the Production Manager role is to lead their team and contribute to the overall operational performance of the plant. The role will report directly to the Factory General Manager and will work closely with the relevant support functions e.g. Engineering, Technical, HR, Health & Safety, New product development. The job holder will be a key member of the sites manufacturing management team.
This successful individual will be value driven with a proven track record in managing activities within a production environment through the resources available to them.

Support the Category Controller to deliver category reviews, recommendations on range, feeding into the internal teams with insights across risks and opportunities. Critical to the success of this role will be the ability to be a strong team player and be able to work in collaboration with both retailers & internal teams (Marketing/Sales/RGM & the wider Category Development team).
In this role you will have the opportunity to support the delivery of category plans and insights for our Birds Eye UK & Ireland business. This role is a great foundation for learning the ropes of Category Management; you will be able to build strategic relationships with commercial, Revenue Growth Management and Marketing teams & be a pivotal contact in providing the necessary insight reports to make key business decisions.

The Senior Buyer for Vegetables main purpose is to use their procurement and category expertise to drive key parts of Nomad’s sourcing agenda for their Category. The Finance Business Partner for the Shared Finance centre will have overall responsibility for the financial control of the Shared Finance centre. This includes Cost Control and Accounting fundamentals, Budgeting and Forecasting processes, and Decision Support. As this is a new role, within a new centre/site for Nomad, there will be an initial “Set Up” phase of activity, and then “On-Going” responsibilities. Further details in responsibilities are shown below. The Shared Finance centre is anticipated to have between 150 and 200 staff, with an annual budget of c€15m.
To support the UK and Irish regional team by leading projects and technical workstreams. This role is required to work cross functionally to manage R&D specification projects primarily through to launch (depending on category/resource). This person has leading role across the Goodfellas brand. They are also required to support additional regional workstreams such as cost saving and supply continuity initiatives.

As a valued business partner to the Head of Category and buyers responsible for Packaging and Ingredients categories worth a combined spend of €200m, the Procurement Finance Business Partner is a member of the Group Supply Chain Finance team working to provide a stewardship mindset, transparency, challenge and integrity to commercial buying decisions to generate value for Nomad. The role also supports setting the commercial buying and productivity strategy along with the approach to supplier relationships and agreements.
More specifically the role is responsible for the analysis of Nomad’s spend versus budget or forecast as well as providing management with guidance on future outcomes, working with buyers to deliver a robust budget, forecast and productivity pipeline of future cost saving opportunities.
