The Recruitment Sourcing Executive will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Managers to research, source and attract hire high calibre finance professionals of all levels to meet Nomad Foods’ business needs. With support from the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, the Talent Manager will use Nomad Foods’ best practice recruitment and selection process to fulfil all job requisitions they are responsible for and in line with Nomad Foods recruitment KPIs.

The Talent Manager will work alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition and Nomad Foods Talent Manager to attract, select and hire high calibre, diverse talent to meet Nomad Foods’ business needs. With support from the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, the Talent Manager will use Nomad Foods’ best practice recruitment and selection process to fulfil all job requisitions they are responsible for and in line with Nomad Foods recruitment KPIs.
This particular role will work predominantly work on Nomad Foods UK project and Finance Roles. This role will provide support to Project Lead, HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers who are hiring for Nomad Foods roles based in UK predominately.

Background: Due to Nomad Foods’ continued organic growth and stated intention to acquire new businesses in the future, additional interim resource is required to increase the capacity and capability of Nomad Foods Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work alongside one of the Talent Managers to attract, select and hire hight calibre, diverse talent to meet Nomad Foods’ business needs. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator will ensure effective and efficient coordination of Nomad’s best practice recruitment and selection process, using their experience to recommend and implement improvements where appropriate.
Nomad has increased in complexity through acquisition, incorporating additional markets / factories into the network and there is a clear business need to drive greater Planning control and standardisation of both S&OE and S&OP practices. The role of Group Supply Planning & S&OE Manager will focus on tactical and operational planning horizons, driving enhanced planning control and standardisation across the network.
Nomad Foods’ European Central Marketing is a multifunctional Team (Creative Development, Media, Marketing Operations, Category Innovation, Renovation & Portfolio, PMO) working in close collaboration with marketing Colleagues based in 13 European Marketing Unit (MU) locations servicing all markets in which Nomad Foods plays under the Birds Eye, Iglo and Findus brands.
The overall accountability of the European Central Marketing Team is to define the Category OGSM that sets out the Category Strategy for Global Must Win Battle priority categories of Fish, Vegetables, Ready Meals & Plant Protein. In conjunction with the extended Category cross-functional Teams, to develop commercially viable activity pipelines in line with the defined Category OGSM that will drive top line growth and profitability through:
Leadership, Direction and Alignment
- Defining and aligning the category and portfolio strategy and 3 year business plan
- Understanding European Consumers in order to anticipate, solve and stay relevant to their common macro needs and desires
- Relentlessly focussing on innovation, renovation, activation, and sustainability initiatives, learning and testing great ideas to make them even bigger and better
- Ensuring alignment and compatibility between the category business plan to create demand and our supply strategy
Delivery of Globally Agreed Initiatives
- Developing a three-year initiative pipeline in line with the category OGSM
- Delivering market-ready templates (concept, product, packaging, pack design, global activation initiatives and market support recommendations) to support brilliant execution
- Identifying, developing and sharing best practices for superior implementation
- Accountability for in-year results with MUs (promo, sales focus, pricing, A&P)
- Input on plan/best practice in year via European Marketing Leadership Team
Ensure detailed design, definitions, build and testing for future Purchase to Pay processes cover all aspects of Nomad business.
Lead the design of operational procurement and accounts payable activities across the group developing a consistent and standardised way of working.
Maximise standard ‘out-of-the-box’ functionality, challenging the need for bespoke requirements.
Build broad SME network to support as required.
Champion new ways of working back into business, including training Lead Continuous Improvement program.

The Business Intelligence Team is part of the wider Data Office Team, its mission to optimise the use of data and information within the business. As part of this we are building out our analytics and reporting capability. We have a vacancy for a Senior Business Analyst to join the BI Team.

Working within the Group Finance Team, this is a dynamic role working cross functionally with the markets and other group functions to build, evaluate and help delivery of operational targets and longer term strategic goals of the business.
This role will manage a Team of five to six, partnering the Executive Team to deliver insight and analysis and ensure effective decision making on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
The role reports into a Commercial Finance Manager for Birds Eye UK, a £650m turnover business unit and the biggest and most profitable in the NOMAD Foods Europe Group. Since the acquisition of Aunt Bessie’s and Goodfella’s in 2018, this wider portfolio of products has enabled this to be a channel with significant growth opportunities.
The Commercial Finance Executive will sit within the Commercial Finance team and provide accurate and timely advice to the UK Sales teams (Sales and Marketing) whilst ensuring proper financial controls are adhered to.

The Product Development Technologist is a key member of the organization. Based at a large R&D site they provide critical support to the delivery of the regional NPD / EPD program. The ability to manage complex tasks involving cross functional interaction is essential, in particular with the product & pack development teams as well as supply chain and quality teams on site.

Delivering the analytics and modelling capability for project Turning, NOMADs first projects for build internal data base, reporting and analytics capability. The primarily aim of Turing is to get to more, better and faster data driven decisions for growth.

The role of Manufacturing Sustainability Engineer is key to ensure a high level of technical leadership, support, and focus regarding the delivery of our commitment. An important element of the role is to support, monitor and communicate the progress and real impact of our bottom up roadmap.
The role will also play a key part in developing the roadmap to deliver our Net Zero program and ensure the most energy efficient manufacturing operations – how do we go beyond a 25% absolute reduction post 2025.
The individual should also take a leading role in embedding sustainability in the structure, systems and processes of our company – ensuring our roadmap is reflected in our Capex investment program.
