This is a fixed-term Integration Project Role. The role will support the RDQ integration team in the analysis of the Adriatics product portfolio, compiling technical information about the existing product portfolio and identifying any areas for action and improvement. This will provide ground work for portfolio improvement projects and provide ground work for future non-financial reporting.
NB. Language skills (Croatian/Serbian) are required as many existing technical documents are in local language. Needs to be fluent in English (written and verbal).

An internal controls team has been established within the wider internal audit function, headed by the Group Internal Controls manager.
Nomad Foods have recently acquired the Frozen Food arm of the Fortenova Group in the Adriatic Region.
This role will have specific responsibility for ensuring a documented and robust internal controls framework is implemented and provide the necessary support to the business to implement appropriate controls.
- The role will work with the Group Internal Controls Manager, the wider Internal Audit & Internal Controls team, local management and the Integration Team to ensure satisfactory SOX implementation by December 2022
- There will be the requirement to coordinate the testing of assigned significant processes (such as Procure to Pay, General Accounting and Tax), assist in the evaluation of the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and the assessment of deficiencies identified, monitor management’s implementation of corrective actions through remediation and provide periodic reporting of gaps to management
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems would be of benefit to assist the business in implementing appropriate control structures
- The Business Controls Integration Manager will also manage the relationship with the businesses to drive the internal control agenda (policy and process) across the region and will be key in the development of the internal controls vision and framework
- The candidate will need to maintain up to date knowledge of developments, regulation and thinking in assurance in order to bring best practice into Nomad
The Central Marketing Team have undergone a re-organisation, creating revised roles, processes and responsibilities in the bid to future-proof Nomad’s marketing and equip the Team with everything that they need to succeed going forward.
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, to ensure a high level of support is provided across Operations, Creative and Media specifically;
- Central Marketing MWM tracking and governance support
- Central Marketing budgeting/forecasting and commercial finance reporting
- Raising PO’s, tracking and receipting
- Management of compaign usage rights and asset management system
- Communications & Media Planning and support with MU’s
The Central Marketing Team have undergone a re-organisation, creating revised roles, processes and responsibilities in the bid to future-proof Nomad’s marketing and equip the team with everything that they need to succeed going forward.
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, the purpose of this role is to ensure that the revised and optimised budgets and processes are adhered to, drive governance, manage a group-wide marketing capability training programme across a number of marketing variables and functions as well as ensuring the necessary tools and agencies to deliver business target and growth.
The V.E.G team has the responsibility of running 2 out of the 3 global priority categories for Nomad foods (Vegetables & Meat free) with a total worth of over £150m RSV.
The breadth of the role provides an opportunity to work on specific projects spanning all categories providing wide exposure and variety whilst having full ownership over the Innovation and Commercial strategy for Added Value potatoes.
The Added value potatoes category comprises of Potato Waffles and Alpabites, both brands are a firm family favourite and are iconic to Birds Eye portfolio. There are plans to expand this range with some exciting NPD therefore the successful candidate will have the ability to bring that to market.

Our Group Procurement Team are responsible for all direct and indirect sourcing across Nomad Foods. The Team work cross functionally with our local Supply Units, R&D, Finance and Marketing Units to ensure an integrated approach across Nomad Foods that can deliver our ambition for growth.
The Buyer’s main purpose is to source from both European and Global markets for both current products and New Product Development (NPD) for their category to ensure constant supply to our 13 manufacturing sites. Working in close collaboration with internal Stakeholders across all departments and suppliers, our Buyers will deliver excellent Customer service to their markets and promote and support the NF Procurement strategic plan.
The role of Buyer for Co-pack will have direct responsibility for sourcing co packed products across the group within the protein department specically (Poultry, Beef, Pork and lamb), they cover an area of the value of €23m per year.

Nomad is embarking upon a complex business transformation project covering People, Process, Technology and the focus of this role will be around transforming the core business applications used for Planning, specifically enhancing SAP APO SNP and helping roll out IBP Demand, as well as managing the cutover of interfaces to a number of in-country sales planning and trade promotion management tools.

The Longford Pizza site is part of the Nomad Foods Group. The business operates two manufacturing sites in Ireland (Longford & Naas) employing approximately 450 FTEs and producing c. 50k tons of Pizzas annually, predominantly under the Goodfella’s and San Marco brands. To manage the engineering department so as to maximize the OEE of the assets
To manage the efficiency of the engineering service delivery and in particular the engineering service providers/Engineers
To manage the cost of the engineering department both labour and materials and the value obtained for engineering spend
Provide Leadership and support to the engineering technical experts within the BU framework
