Birds Eye is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our Sales team to drive our customer(s) agenda and lead a team of Commercial Managers.
You will be accountable for Birds Eye/Aunt Bessies and Goodfellas full product portfolio as well as potential own brand products and the execution of the customer business plan in order to hit and exceed annual targets. You'll manage the business interface with our customer(s) via the team in order to ‘Create Profitable Change’ at the Point of Purchase &/or anywhere within the entire Supply Chain of the customer(s) to achieve individual customer category targets that are consistent with S & M strategies, customer needs and company budgets.
The right candidate will have a mixture of solid trading experience and ideally history of working with Top 4 retailers.
The role will take responsibility for several practical aspects of the Treasury function, with a particular focus on cash and liquidity management, and FX.
The role will also be required to assist in driving improvements into the area of cash planning with a focus on automation and streamlining where possible. In additional to all aspects of cash planning (including forecasting and investments) t will also be responsible for several aspects of banking and wider treasury operations including settlement of derivatives, maintaining all bank mandates and liaison with external counterparties including banks and debt agencies
Nomad Treasury will be implementing SAP S4 Hana Treasury in the coming months and it is seen that this role will be very involved in that process.
Treasury is a small team of 5, consisting of a Group Treasurer, 3 Treasury Managers and this role.
Role reports to Treasury Front Office Manager, but is a varied role with the analyst also supporting the Front and Middle office as required in various departmental processes.
Ensure detailed design, definitions, build and testing for future RTR processes cover all aspects of Nomad business.
Maximise standard ‘out-of-the-box’ functionality; Challenging the need for bespoke requirements
Build broader SME network to support as required
Champion new ways of working back into business, including training

Working as part of the Nomad Foods Group HR Team, this role business partners the central Supply Chain functions of Procurement, Agriculture, Planning & Logistics, and Manufacturing Development.
The HR Business Partner will take ownership of providing a day to day HR service, supported by Centres of Excellence in Learning & Development, Reward and Talent Acquisition. The role also works closely with Sourcing Unit HR teams to manage HR activities across the matrix e.g. Talent Management, I&D

Project Phoenix is an enterprise transformation programme with the objectives of simplification and standardisation of business processes, reporting and technology. This is a major undertaking and impacts the entire business including our commercial, finance and supply chain functions.
One of the core workstreams of the programme is Source to Pay which looks to address the end-to-end operating model, process and tools used by Nomad to procure goods and services from suppliers, process them and make payments. To support this journey SAP Ariba has been selected as a tool of choice and is currently being implemented as part of the programme.
The Delivery Lead – Source to Pay will be the project lead responsible for one of the flagship sub-workstreams of the Phoenix programme - Source to Pay.
To support the benefit case of the project and facilitate early adoption a project is currently underway to implement SAP Ariba into the existing ERP ahead of the core programme deliverable of implementing Ariba to S4H. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing Nomad stakeholders, our integration partner and other 3rd parties to ensure the successful delivery of this phase of the project.

The project is already underway but has faced delays due to a combination of technical issues and misalignment of resources. The purpose of this role is to lead a diverse, multi-skilled team to successfully deliver the agreed business requirements against the defined programme milestones.
