The Central Marketing Team have undergone a re-organisation, creating revised roles, processes and responsibilities in the bid to future-proof Nomad’s marketing and equip the Team with everything that they need to succeed going forward.   In support of the Communications Senior Brand Manager, the Communications Brand Manager will be responsible for developing best-in-class Nomad advertising and providing the Consumer with engaging Customer journeys for all Nomad Foods’ central Must Win Battle’s for all Categories (Fish, Veg, Meals) and across all markets.   The Communications Brand Manager will report into the Senior Brand Manager and help with the support of the Marketing & Communications Director with the development of Brand Strategy and key Brand activations.   The successful Candidate will work with group-wide Stakeholders, both within Nomad HQ and across markets, and will be key in supporting the Comms Team with successful strategy development and executional advertising excellence, business growth and profitability across markets.

In additional to all aspects of cash planning (including forecasting and investments) t will also be responsible for several aspects of banking and wider treasury operations including settlement of derivatives, maintaining all bank mandates and liaison with external counterparties including banks and debt agencies Nomad Treasury will be implementing SAP S4 Hana Treasury in the coming months and it is seen that this role will be very involved in that process   Role reports to Treasury Accounting Manager, but is a varied role with the analyst also supporting the Front and Middle office as required in various departmental processes

The Revenue Growth Management Team is a strategic function which sits centrally in the Nomad business to drive long-term profitable growth: growing NS/KG, expanding the profit pool and our share of it.     The Team was set up in 2016 to drive GM% expansion during turnaround phase, but is now responsible for NS/KG and profit pool expansion from a much broader remit (all NRM levers of price, promo, PPA, mix management, trade terms) as well as playing a key role in the shaping of the commercial strategies. Current state RGM capability is assessed at 1,4 and is identified as one of the priority areas for Nomad Foods to transform.   The role of the Group RGM Team is to embed a RGM mindset in current ways of working throughout the organisation and enabling MU to develop RGM plans for the upcoming and in-year AP. It has responsibility for developing and landing the ‘One Nomad Way’ of Revenue Growth Management; including KPIs, reporting, process, capability and tools / frameworks.  It is also responsible for the identification of longer-term threats and opportunities to the business based on macros trends (supply / inflation / GDP) as well as partnering with local markets to deliver the biggest, most significant initiatives.   There is an active network of RGM Managers who report into the respective MUs, but with a strong link in with the group. The monthly RGM community meeting is chaired by the group Team to raise the bar and offer the opportunity to share learnings across markets.    This is a highly visible role with a Global remit, working with senior Stakeholders including the Exec and local market management Teams.

The RDQ Manager is based at the Market Unit (MU)/ Region. The purpose of the function is to manage the RDQ programme across Quality & R&D aspects.   The RDQ Manager provides leadership for the R&D and Quality resources in the MU, setting work annual plan goals and development plans.   The job requires a strong understanding of the local culture, markets, media and language. Fluent English language skills are required for communication with the head office, the factories, other MUs and Co-packers.   In countries where this is permissible under local regulation, the role has the delegation of the food safety and regulatory compliance responsibility from the General Manager according EU general food law. This includes the necessary tools and authority for this.   The RDQ Manager manages and delivers the local pipeline of innovation, renovation and fuel for growth. In some cases this will be in partnership with the Regional PDM. The RDQ Manager partners with the MU Marketing Team, with support from the Head of RDQ for the Region. The role is also accountable for risk, quality and legality for all products sold in the country of the MU. As a representative of the MU, the RDQ Manager actively engages with external Stakeholders (like food-authority and industry associations), to be informed, influence and build brand and business reputation.   The role reports into the Head of RDQ for the Region, which ultimately reports to the Chief R&D and Quality Officer.
