The Assistant RDQ Manager role is a significant role in the organization, which requires experience in product development as well as technical and quality management skills to deliver the agreed projects and the legal compliance of the respective product portfolio.   The Assistant RDQ Manager is typically based at the Market Unit (MU) or at a site in the region. The purpose of this regional function is to take responsibility for projects and activities in the RDQ programme, Quality & R&D, associated development and marketing of products.   The Assistant RDQ Manager manages projects in the local pipeline of innovation, renovation and fuel for growth. To develop the pipeline the Assistant RDQ Manager partners with the MU Marketing members in project teams, with support from the RDQ Manager in the MU or the Regional Product Development Manager. This role takes also responsibility for risk, quality and legality for products assigned in the portfolio.   The job requires a strong understanding of the local culture, markets, media and local language. Fluent English language skills are required for communication with the head office, the factories, other MUs and Co-packers.
