The Group has recently acquired an Irish Pizza Company (Green Isle Pizza) which both manufactures and sells branded Goodfellas and own label pizza, and a UK based frozen food company Aunt Bessie’s.
The International Account manager is responsible for the development and the implementation of the On Premise/ QSR/ Foodservice strategy ensuring listings/ support of the Plant Protein/ Green Cuisine range.
Aim is to create awareness and to drive trial of our products in the Foodservice/ On Premise/ QSR channel. Consumption out-of-home and on-the-go should strengthen the brand positioning and should support the successful roll-out of Plant Protein/ Green Cuisine across Europe.

This is a recently formed role within the Supply Chain function, with the primary background to underpin and support the newly appointed Supply Chain and Distribution Project Manager; with their ownership of key projects and deliverables.
The role will focus on helping to deliver a newly formed pipeline of projects, from the inception/design phase through to completion; across the UK and Ireland MU Supply Chain. This will require project management, financial rigor and a hands-on approach to project implementations.
Manage the on-site R&D kitchen (and consumer facility where appropriate) – ensure the facility is well maintained, all samples and ingredients are within date and all appropriate food regulations are adhered to. Ensure the environment is a safe place to work
Prepare products in a safe manor for on-site tastings. Receive samples for product tastings from other sites
Understand the basics of sensory testing – instill discipline on product sampling (number of samples / blind assessments / rotation etc)
Have a passion for food and represent the company externally when required (e.g., key sell-ins)
Validate cooking instructions for product launches and keep up to date existing products and highlight issues
Monitor local competitor activity in our core areas and provide summary to chefs and product development teams
Assist the Country Chef, Regional Chef or Head Chef with development sample preparation
Assist/run shelf life testing procedures
Assist the Country Chef, Regional Chef or Head Chef with digital content production
Where appropriate support local consumer groups – provide culinary support (e.g., sample preparation)
Cater for board events and innovation lunches when agreed by Country Chef, regional Chef or Head Chef. Support other large events on-site when required and agreed by Line Manager, Site Lead or Head of Category
Working as part of the Nomad Foods Group HR Team, based in our Company Headquarters, this role business partners some of our key Corporate functions (Finance, IT, Legal, Integrated Business Planning, Project Management Office and Supply Chain Finance).
The Senior HR Business Partner will take ownership of providing a day to day HR service, supported by Centres of Excellence in Organisational Development, Reward and Talent Acquisition. The role also works closely with Market Unit HR teams to manage HR activities across the matrix e.g. Talent Management.
The role will support the relevant HR Director with more complex organisational design, change management and engagement projects as required. There is also opportunity to work with peers across Nomad Foods Europe to deliver Pan-European projects in line with the Group HR Strategy.
The Assistant Product Development Manager role is a significant role in the organisation which requires experience in product development and technical project management to implement the agreed program. This can be focused toward design or implementation or cover the breadth of the New Product Development (NPD) process as business priorities demand. The role requires the ability to “self start” and work independently with minimum supervision.
A passion for food is essential as is an element of work-related travel (e.g., to copackers, other Nomad Foods sites, suppliers etc.)
Working closely with the Regional R&D Leader to Business partner MU Marketing managers, leading to co-creation of the Packaging strategy for the local Must Win Battles, secondary battlefields and non-priority ensuring that we continue to win now and in the future. PkDM-Uk & Ire is expected to drive delivery of the Packaging strategy within their MWBs & Secondary Battlefields.
Accountable for delivering their part of the Packaging element of the Innovation pipeline to meet the MWB growth & renovation targets with the Packaging Development resources in the UK & Ire, in addition to the Implementation teams. Success will require working in multi-functional teams and working seamlessly with colleagues in Product development and R&D Implementation teams to bring innovations quickly to market.
