The role is key to ensure that suppliers are paid promptly and to terms and that all payment queries are resolved efficiently.
Green Cuisine is a key strategic pillar in the growth ambition for Nomad Foods and to drive this success a stand-alone end to end business unit has been established. Marketing is a core function within this new Acceleration Team set-up, covering both Marketing/Innovation roles & responsibilities but also requiring strong commercial acumen in order to support the development of ongoing commercial strategy.
Job Purpose: The core purpose of this role is to lead the development and execution of a sustainable Innovation Strategy & Funnel across our MU’s, while at the same time acting as commercial support both centrally and in conjunction with local MU’s where required.
The role will report directly into the European Marketing Director Green Cuisine and remain close to the European Category Marketing Team.

Working in the Group Financial Reporting Team, the role involves the production of reporting deliverables for headquarter entities as well as the consolidated Group Financial Statements.
Supporting the production of timely and relevant financial reporting to key Stakeholders, including the Board & Senior Management.
The Head of Supply Chain for Green Cuisine (GC) is accountable for the efficient management Supply Chain operation for Green Cuisine including managing the Customer demand signal to our factories, and aligning and managing the service, inventory and cost metrics across all the Nomad Supply Chain.
The successful candidate will be required to provide planning and logistics expertise both directly and indirectly to the GC, MU, SU Teams in order to meet the business units KPI’s through creating a best-in-class Supply Chain operation.
This role needs to ensure the most efficient and effective planning, including the development and implementation of the new GC Supply Chain operating model.
The scope of this role will require both the management of a complex set of business Stakeholders and the development of a high performing cross functional Team who are able to deliver the Supply Chain requirements for this key growth areas.
The role requires strong collaboration and Stakeholder management across all areas of the business with a focus on GC, MU, SU and Group operational Teams. This role also requires the management and coordination of various external partners, including Co-packers.

Our Group Procurement Team are responsible for all direct and indirect sourcing across Nomad Foods. The Team strive to work with the very best suppliers in a way that’s responsible and an exemplar of integrity, while ensuring the very best quality and service from our suppliers to ensure Nomad Foods can be best in class. The team work cross functionally with our local Supply Units, R&D, Finance and Marketing Units to ensure an integrated approach across Nomad Foods that can deliver our ambition for growth.
The Buyer’s main purpose is to source from both European and Global markets for both current products and New Product Development (NPD) for their category to ensure constant supply to our 13 manufacturing sites. Working in close collaboration with internal Stakeholders across all departments and suppliers, our Buyers will deliver excellent Customer service to their markets and promote and support the NF Procurement strategic plan.
The role of Buyer for Meat will have direct responsibility for portfolio spend of up to €50m across Pork, Pepperoni, Beef & speciality proteins.
Working as part of the Nomad Foods Group HR Team, based in our Company Headquarters, this role business partners some of our key Corporate functions (Finance, IT, Legal, Integrated Business Planning, Project Management Office and Supply Chain Finance).
The Senior HR Business Partner will take ownership of providing a day to day HR service, supported by Centres of Excellence in Organisational Development, Reward and Talent Acquisition. The role also works closely with Market Unit HR teams to manage HR activities across the matrix e.g. Talent Management.
The role will support the HR Director with complex organisational design and change management programmes, and in delivering key engagement projects as required, for example the annual employee engagement survey. There is also opportunity to work with peers across Nomad Foods Europe to deliver Pan-European projects in line with the Group HR Strategy.

The role holder must have the ability to understand and operate potentially complex machinery, whilst ensuring safety. Responsible for the delivery of all application-based services to the Nomad Foods functions and Markets, specifically services used by Sales, Marketing, R&D and Insights. Owns all Service Delivery aspects of these services and through collaboration with Business Solutions, Architecture, Security, Data Office and Service Management office is responsible for the continual improvement of the service.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the services to ensure downtime (and associated impact of downtime) is minimised for the business. Acts in a dual capacity, representing Group Technology while also advocating on behalf of the business.
Builds and maintains a complete understanding of the end-to-end service - from design through to components, service providers, interfaces, service levels and processes.
Has a solid functional & technical understanding of the service in addition to a developed understanding of how the service is utilised by the business and the impact of any service-related issues. Coaches staff (internal and/or external) responsible for delivering the service to ensure this understanding is shared.
The UK Agriculture Manager is responsible for sourcing fresh vegetables at required cost and quality and volume for Nomad branded demands.
Primarily this involves the leadership of the UK pea operation from seed to factory, leading a field team to manage long term relationships with farmers and suppliers, accounting for 1/3 of the UK’s frozen pea production. This includes the interface with the processing factory and the delivery of our Nomad agriculture purpose and values internally and externally, driving forwards productivity and sustainability initiatives.
The Naas Pizza site is part of the Nomad Foods Group. The business operates two manufacturing sites in Ireland (Naas and Longford) employing approximately 450 FTEs and producing c. 50k tons of Pizzas annually, predominantly under the Goodfella’s and San Marco brands. BEP also produces own label Pizza for many retailers in both the UK and Ireland.
