This role will be part of the Phoenix Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to optimise business goals through the strategy of ‘Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform.’ The Phoenix programme is business lead, multi-year (2021-2024) horizon programme, sponsored by the group CFO and the implementation of SAP S4HANA is the enabler for Nomad to realise their business vision and goals.   The Phoenix transformation spans across the business, made up of a portfolio of workstreams, system partners, programme office teams and governance groups, working together to successfully deliver transformation outcomes. The Phoenix Finance workstream comprises FP&A, R2R, OTC and Treasury. The Phoenix Finance workstream team is lead by the FP&A global process owner.   This role is accountable for ensuring Finance Data migration strategy is adhered to, prepare data to migration with level of cleanse, financially reconcile the data between old and new systems. Partnering and working closely with Business SME on data validation & reconciliation.

Reporting into the Data & Analytics Director, you will have the responsibility for setting up a new Data Governance & Master Data team to ensure the availability, integrity, usability, and security of data across Nomad Foods. This role will drive data ownership across the organisation whilst working closely with the Reporting Team and the Data Engineering & Insight Team to ensure data quality requirements meets the needs of the Nomad business. You will manage a team, and that team will work in amongst the business understanding the roles and interactions staff have with data. The team will liaise constantly with Data Stewards in place across Nomad Foods. In order to deliver certain projects, this role is required to build effective relationships with 3rd parties / contractors so that the team can be augmented to ensure smooth delivery.

The PMO & Project Manager is combination role responsible for both the Administration, Reporting and Coordination of Nomad Foods Commercial Project Portfolio along with delivering Project Management  to chosen Commercial Projects.   Their focus is on ensuring that Nomad Foods is set up to comply with the monthly CMOR process. The scale of Nomad Foods Innovation Process which covers circa 600 users, 350 projects pa generating in the region of £60-£100m Net Sales per annum means it is critical we have an effective process & tool in place.   The role does this through being the custodian & subject matter expert on Planview (Nomad Foods PPM tool) and through driving education & Improvement in Nomad Foods Innovation Process across the organisation.   A Project Management skill set is also in place to utilise with spare capacity on chosen Commercial Projects.
