This position plays a pivotal role in delivering our 2025 Vision. To realise our vision, it is essential we have an in-depth understanding of the frozen category, so that we can create sustainable strategies for growth, that disproportionately deliver for Birds Eye, but also grow Frozen for our diverse range of customers. The person in this role will own and champion the building and delivery of a UK specific category vision grounded in insight, giving clear direction for our customers on the ‘where to play’ and ‘how to win’ strategies as well as leading the translation of the category vision into Birds Eye specific commercial opportunities.
In addition to identifying drivers of long term, sustainable growth for both Frozen and Birds Eye, the Senior Retail Strategy Manager will, with support of the Category Team team ensure our strategy flows through to shelf, by influencing category focused point of purchase initiatives, so that our core brand plans and future NPD are designed to realise the identified growth opportunities within Frozen. This will also lead the customer strategy for the business, working in partnership with the Grocery Directors and Channel Director to ensure we are clear on our “where to play” and “how to win” strategies within our retail environment. They will also play a pivotal role in AP planning, working with a cross functional team to ensure we have a critical path with clear milestones are areas of accountability. Leading the state of the nation and facilitating customer and brand workshops to ensure we have clear actionable flywheels.
This role will be part of the Phoenix Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to deliver, and possibly exceed, its financial goals through the strategy of ‘Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.
Phoenix is a portfolio of change projects and programmes, coming together as a business-led, technology enabled transformation. We are now in the build phase of the program an require Subject Matter Expert Support in the Source to Pay (S2P) workstream to support effective delivery.
The purpose of the Build phase is to finalise the readiness for SAP Ariba and S4/Hana and business processes for production go-live for the Sourcing, Contracting, Buying and SLP workstreams. This includes solution build, final testing, cut-over rehearsal, cut over, hypercare and supporting the development of training material. During the build phase change management activities will commence and the subject matter expert will be expected to support the Lead SME and S2P Global Process Owner (GPO) with the creation of technical To Be materials to support business engagement and participate in change impact assessments.
As the Commercial Manager, you'll be accountable for the planning and delivery of a profitable growth plan for Asda within the Birds Eye & Aunt Bessie’s portfolios as well as ownership of the Asda convenience channel across the full Nomad portfolio. You'll utilise category and consumer insight to influence the customer and delight the shopper at points of purchase to achieve key business targets. You'll have day to day management of wider business functions (Category, Marketing, Finance and Supply) to ensure the team are all working towards one goal. You'll managing Key area for the business – Aunt Bessie’s & Birds Eye Vegetables and potatoes and have strategic Responsibility for Asda’s Convenience Stores on behalf of total Nomad portfolio– covering convenience stores and forecourt stores.
This role is known for creating and landing insight to the business through leadership of our data and analytics capability. Understanding and communicating our performance, identifying growth opportunities and landing these across the business, from the CEO down. Shaping our agenda in terms of agency partner, scope and breadth of data, analytics tools and insight storytelling are all pivotal to this role to enable our business to be data and insight led.

Our FP&A Finance Analysts are responsible for supporting annual planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics for our business units and central functions, including standard management reporting. The FP&A Finance Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing analytical standards for reporting and modelling KPIs and as a key financial liaison, partnering with the various departments across the business unit.

The PMO & Project Manager is combination role responsible for both the Administration, Reporting and Coordination of Nomad Foods Commercial Project Portfolio along with delivering Project Management to chosen Commercial Projects.
Their focus is on ensuring that Nomad Foods is set up to comply with the monthly CMOR process. The scale of Nomad Foods Innovation Process which covers circa 600 users, 350 projects pa generating in the region of £60-£100m Net Sales per annum means it is critical we have an effective process & tool in place.

The Senior HRIS Data Analyst will support the delivery of the HRIS System to the Adriatic Region (4000 Employees). As well as support the HRIS team in the operational delivery of various HR systems and processes across Nomad Foods. This will include providing day-to-day data maintenance and systems support, producing accurate and timely reports to support the wider HR community, and implementing new systems and processes which support the Group HR strategy.

The Revenue Growth Management team is a strategic function which sits centrally in the Nomad business to drive long-term profitable growth: growing NS/KG, expanding the profit pool and our share of it. The role of the Revenue Growth Management team is to identify the optimum way to drive NS/KG, grow the profit pool and Nomad Food’s share in it from a selection of RGM levers: being a thought-leader in what and how to do this, partnering with both the central and local Teams to drive these improvements through the business and then ensuring the delivery. RGM capability is identified as one of the priority areas for Nomad Foods to transform.
The role of the Group RGM CoE team is to embed a RGM mindset in current ways of working throughout the organisation and enabling MU to develop RGM plans for the upcoming and in-year plans. It has responsibility for defining and landing the ‘Nomad Way’ of doing Revenue Growth Management ie. end-to-end Process, guiding principles and KPIs. To do this, the team will focus on theRGM enablers to support the RGM practitioners in delivering Revenue Growth optimization plans effectively and efficiently ie. design/develop:
- organization-wide RGM learning & development programmes
- the right tools/systems (e.g. strategic frameworks, templates, plug& play models, standardized set of descriptive analytics & performance tracking reports, best practices/case studies…)
- the right data/insights set
- RGM planning & review forums

Reporting to the Group FD, and leading a team of c180 FTE across the Shared Finance organisation, this role will deliver a commercial, customer-focused, high-quality set of managed finance services, including RTR, OTC, FP&A and P2P, across the Nomad Foods Group. The role will also work in partnership with the SAP S4HANA Business Transformation program team to support implementation of s4HANA and the transformation of processes to support the Shared Finance Centre team that meets the needs of the Nomad Foods business.
