This role is needed to lead the technical delivery of the Finance Elevate Projects. The scope of this role includes but is not limited to delivery of the following projects; VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), Blackline for ECC and the implementation of a Cash Forecast Tool (yet to be defined).

• Define, document, and manage the delivery of multiple medium to large technology initiatives from initiation through to closure
• Own and manage the Technology Project Plan - Leading the delivery of Technical Solutions via a number of 3rd party vendors
• Liaise with third‑party suppliers and outsourced partners to coordinate delivery activities and resolve dependency risks
• Manage Nomad and Third Party deliverables ensuring that they adhere to Nomad guidelines/principles
• Manage all aspects Technology Governance process and produce a progress report
• Coordinate cross‑functional contributors (e.g. Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Solution Design, Service Delivery) to ensure delivery readiness
• Plan and manage cutover activities for production changes, ensuring agreement with relevant business and support teams
• Liaise with the wider team to ensure the plan is constantly reflecting the Technology progress status.
• Own and actively manage the Technology RAID log inputting into the wider Programme RAID log where appropriate.
• Highlight risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Escalate issues to Technology and Programme Leadership and support with resolution
• Produce cost estimates and manage delivery against agreed budgets (Capex and Opex where applicable)
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions as required to progress delivery outcomes
