Overview

This role is part of the Elevate Transformation Programme, supporting Nomad’s strategic ambition to modernise, simplify and standardise core processes across the organisation.

From a Supply Chain and Procurement perspective, Elevate will deliver key changes across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including Supplier Onboarding, Ariba optimisation, and the rollout of P-Cards. The Change Manager will lead the design, planning and delivery of change activities to enable successful implementation and sustainable adoption across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance (P2P) and other impacted functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of integrated Change Management Plans for S2C: including but not limited to Supplier Onboarding, Ariba optimisation and P-Card rollout
  • Own and deliver all change management activities, ensuring alignment to programme strategy and Elevate methodology
  • Lead change impact assessments, readiness assessments and adoption planning across Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance
  • Partner with Procurement Leadership to define behavioural, capability and process changes required to embed S2C ways of working
  • Proactively engage with Supply Chain, Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure end-to-end processes are considered in all change activities
  • Develop communications plans and produce required collateral to engage identified stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Coordinate closely with other change managers to align plans, mitigate dependencies, and drive a consistent approach across the programme
  • Engage senior stakeholders to build sponsorship, remove barriers and promote alignment across functions and markets
  • Establish and lead a Change Network across Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance, enabling advocacy and consistent execution
  • Lead business readiness activities including workshops, engagement sessions and future-state alignment
  • Define readiness and adoption metrics; oversee surveys, feedback loops and reporting
  • Collaborate with L&D, HRBPs and SMEs to define training needs and capability uplift requirements
  • Partner with ER/IR teams (Works Councils/INTREP) where required to ensure aligned consultation processes
  • Prepare senior-level updates, dashboards and reports for programme governance
  • Support Nomad’s long-term change capability building through coaching, tools and knowledge transfer
