We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to help shape and deliver internal communication across Nomad Foods. 

About the role… 

 

The role is responsible for creating compelling, inclusive and culturally sensitive messaging that brings Nomad Foods purpose, vision, values and strategic plans to life for a diverse workforce. You will own the management and continuous improvement of Nomads internal communication channels – ensuring they are engaging, accessible and fit for purpose. Partnering with HR, IT and other stakeholders to foster a sense of unity and clarity across Nomad strengthening connection to our “One Nomad” culture and enhancing employee understanding of how the company is delivery its strategic plan.  

 

Telling our story 

  • Create and share engaging news and updates that help people understand our purpose, values and strategy. 
  • Ensure content is not only well written and aligns to the corporate narrative, brand tone of voice and style guide. But also that the messages are clear, inclusive and relevant to everyone – whether they’re in a factory, at a desk or on the move.  

 

Managing communications delivery 

  • Contribute to and maintain the internal editorial calendar – keeping track of what is being said, when and to whom.  
  • Act as a “air traffic control” for internal messaging, making sure communications are well timed, coordinated and not over whelming. 

 

Measuring impact 

  • Track how well our communications are working and use feedback to improve future communications. Uses data from surveys and reports to guide decisions and show progress.  

 

About you… 

An experienced internal communications manager with proven experience in planning, managing and delivering internal communication in a global, modern faced paced communications team.  

  • Experience delivering comms and content for a varied audience (international, offices, fields, operations etc).  
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of how internal messaging supports broader business objectives. 
  • Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal communication.  
  • Proven record of delivering cost savings and improving commercial value.
