PURPOSE & IMPACT: This role is known for creating and landing insight to the business through data and analytics. Understanding and communicating our performance, identifying growth opportunities and landing these across the business. Leading insight and analytics projects, both to deliver insight but also to improve our data and analytics capability through new measurement and reporting tools.
We need someone who understands the role and power of data and insight, who is able to manage high levels of complexity and detail but translate into clear messages and outcomes to enable action. Able to manage a variety of projects, from insight to capability from a range of stakeholders across functions and all levels of the business.
Insight & Analysis
Identifies and leads analysis to land actionable insights with the business. Proactively seeking growth opportunities, developing analysis briefs for self/team/external agencies to provide insights and recommendations. Use a range of data sources and analytical approaches to address business questions.
Data & Performance
Contributes to the delivery of continuous data management in terms of agency partnerships, scope of data, budget management and delivery. Ensures accurate and timely delivery of business reporting, enabling intuitive self-serve access for the business.
Project Management
Leads projects to help build and improve the data & reporting capability of Nomad, via existing agency partners or through identifying new opportunities for the business, e.g. Improved dashboarding, adoption of AI analytics, etc.
Performance Review
Proactively develops analysis to identify business issues/opportunities, contributing to the monthly Exec Performance Review as well as ad hoc analysis.
Data & Analytics Innovation
Leads projects to enhance our data and analytical capability, seeking new advancements in data and technology capabilities to enable us to act more quickly and effectively. Understands the benefits of developing new tools and brings them to reality.
