Reporting to the Senior Cluster Brand Manager (SCBM), as the Junior Brand Manager, you’ll be required to support and lead on the flywheel process to ensure wins across the Must Win Battles (MWBs) for the Local Brands team. You’ll be responsible for delivering in line with the 3 year growth strategy and owning key responsibilities within respective segments (Aunt Bessie’s and Goodfella’s). You’re a passionate marketing individual with an interest in the food industry and has previous experience of working in a similar role within FMCG. You’re used to working in a demanding fast paced environment and handle the challenges that come with that. You’re a confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders in the right way.
