Responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to support the Commercial team with the top 3 multiple grocery accounts in Ireland, by completing administrative tasks, liaising cross functionally with key internal departments and externally where appropriate. This is a key role within the wider commercial sales team, where you’ll develop excellent working relationships with all relevant customer contacts. 

 

Operating as a key member of a cross functional Customer team, (including Finance, Supply Chain, Brand & Shopper Marketing and Category), who are all working towards driving sales across all our brands and delivering the Nomad Values every day.  You’ll provide accuracy and timeliness of required administration, for example:  

  • Invoice cost changes & accrual set up
  • Internal promotional sign-off and external promotional submissions
  • Download and review of weekly pricing data
  • External field sales reporting management
  • Contribution to the delivery of the target P&L for the overall Account

Qualifications

This role would suit someone with a passion for sales, who wants to develop their career to become a National Account Manager, maybe even can see themselves becoming Sales Director in the future! The ideal candidate will have the following: 

  • Previous Account Executive/Administration experience, ideally in FMCG or you have Field Sales/FMCG Retail experience – you’re used to working in a fast paced environment.
  • Good eye for admin and accuracy – able to prioritise effectively to deliver accurate administration standards.
  • Confident on systems and IT Literate (Including MS Office).
  • Good communication skills, you can build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as a Team player, you’re collaborative and able to support the wider teams.
  • You’re able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
