As the Customer Operations Manager, you’ll be leading a team of planners, have ownership of one of our top 6 grocery retailer accounts, where you’ll be the point of contact for this customer in all Supply Chain/Demand Planning related matters.
This is a key role within our Supply Chain team, the primary function of this role is to manage the business forecast with a customer lens, focusing on and improving the accuracy of the 0-12 month forecast horizon. You’ll be required to make sure that all internal stakeholders are updated with timely information (Commercial, Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service). You will also be responsible for:
You’ve previous experience of working in a customer/demand planning environment within an FMCG organization. Used to motivating and managing a team, you’ve a desire for continuous improvements, can prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
