The SAP Ariba Support Team Lead is accountable for overseeing a team tasked with the setup, maintenance, and management of procurement catalogues within SAP Ariba, as well as ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of e-tenders for both direct and indirect procurement of goods and services. This role plays a critical part in driving procurement excellence, maintaining compliance with organisational policies, and delivering value to internal stakeholders through efficient and effective procurement operations.
This role is overseeing the team to ensure efficient setup, maintenance and management of procurement catalogues within SAP Ariba.
This role requires strong technical expertise, people management experience, a customer-centric mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in SAP Ariba tools together with an understanding of procurement workflows and how technology supports them plus a willingness to leverage analytics and reporting to drive decision-making are all critical for success. However, equally important is the need to be compliant, balanced with a service mindset and ownership for driving results, performance and delivery of business goals.
