Responsibilities

Our Sales Support Executives are the foundation of our sales team and the perfect launching pad for you to grow your career in sales. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and clear opportunities for progression—making this an ideal position for ambitious individuals ready to take their first (or next) step in the world of sales.

 

Joining us as the Sales Support Executive, in this role you’ll be required to support the wider Sales Team with their Customer administration.  This includes, helping the Sales Team get through their Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements, inputting their forward promotional plan into the forecasting systems and the checking of internal financial administration. Other responsibilities will include - 

  • Setting up of new lines and pricing in our pricing systems
  • Collating product information and helping the Sales Team to populate New Line Forms
  • Organising samples of product/packaging for range reviews and product launches
  • Work with Sales and Finance Teams ensure SOX compliance on all Customer investments in line with Nomad Foods SOX process
  • Input into sales planner promotional volume and date changes agreed by Sales and Demand Planning Teams at demand meetings
  • Maintenance of Customer promotional dates in BE systems and ensuring full alignment in forecast

Qualifications

This is an entry level role and would suit someone with a passion for sales, who wants to develop their career to become a National Account Manager, maybe even can see themselves becoming Sales Director! The ideal candidate will have the following: 

  • Good eye for admin and accuracy – able to prioritise effectively to deliver accurate administration standards.
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role, ideally in a fast paced environment.
  • Confident on systems and IT Literate (Including MS Office).
  • Good communication skills, you can build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as a Team player, you’re collaborative and able to support the wider teams.
  • You’re able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
