We’re looking for a Project Manager to join us on our next phase of the S4 Transformation Programme to manage Agriculture and Plant Maintenance. It’ll require a doer who can manage projects and timelines effectively, whilst influencing multiple stakeholders on the go-live.

About the role…

Each Workstream has dedicated Project Management support.  This Project Manager role is required to support the following sub-streams as part of the overarching Supply Chain Functional Workstream – reporting to the Supply Chain Lead with a dotted line to the Phoenix Programme Director:

  • Agriculture (i.e. how we manage the Agriculture aspect of the business during Interim State and post-Go Live for each Market)
  • Plant Maintenance (i.e. how we evolve the way Nomad Foods manage and govern Plant maintenance & engineering stores for Manufacturing operations (incl approval workflows etc.)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Review, evolution, coordination and management of the Tier 3 level plans supporting the Agriculture and Plant Maintenance management sub-streams.
  • Maintenance and progress tracking of those Tier 3 plans in line with the Tier 2 Supply Chain Programme/Workstream plan (feeding into the overarching Tier 1 plan held at ATC level).
  • Creating and sharing regular Tier 3 Progress Update Reports, feeding into the Tier 2 and 1 Progress Update Reports (as appropriate), in line with the defined governance rhythm.
  • Working closely with the Supply Chain Lead to determine, coordinate and administrate governance meetings supporting the sub-streams, underpinning and aligned with the overarching Supply Chain Workstream Governance Framework.
  • Risk and Issue management and mitigation in line with the overarching Supply Chain Functional Workstream Risk Management approach, escalating as appropriate via the Tier 3 Progress Update report and associated governance forums.
  • Interdependency management across the impacted and / or involved Business stakeholder groups – namely R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance etc.

Qualifications

You’ll have experience of S4 Hana transformation projects within a manufacturer. As well as an S4 Hana background, you will be a self-starter who can work cross-functionally and influence various stakeholders.

  • S4 Hana implementation is essential.
  • Experience of Quality Management, Agriculture and/or Plant Maintenance is desired.
  • IT experience of SAP QM / ECC / Unilabs / EWM.
  • Proven experience of managing transformation projects.
