Overview

To  manage and develop the HR operations department  in the HR Centre . The HR Centre provides effective HR, payroll, and benefits administration for employees in the UK and Ireland. In addition, the team provide support for the HR network across all locations of the Nomad Foods Group.

Responsibilities

·         Manage and support a team of HR Administrators within the HR Centre, coaching and developing as required.

·         Oversee delivery of the employee lifecycle, including employment offers, starters, changes, and leavers, ensuring these are translated accurately onto our HR systems.

·         Ensure all paperwork and processes are accurate and readily available to meet SOX audit control requirements.

·         Be accountable for the accuracy of the data input by the team, regularly carrying out data cleanses and audits.

·         Own guidance documents and templates in accordance with current processes.

·         Lead and support continual improvement initiatives and projects.

·         Advocate a positive employee experience.

·         Own and proactively manage our current policies and develop new policies in line with legislation, ER changes, and employment law.

·         Monitor the performance of the HR Centre against metrics and identify any resultant training needs or process improvements.

·         Provide monthly HR Operations metrics and data reports.

·         Support annual salary review process.

·         Coach the team to take decisive and qualified action when handling employee queries.

·         Ensure data accuracy for payroll, salary surveys and for all paperwork leaving the HR Centre.

·         Any other tasks as reasonably requested by your manager.

Qualifications

·         Experience within HR operations and/or Shared Services environment.

·         A minimum of three years’ experience in a management role.

·         Subject matter expert in HR Centre data processing,

·         Advise and create  HR policies.

·         Understanding of HR processes.

·         High level of organisational skills.

·         Ability to make autonomous decisions relating to the effective running of the HR Centre.

·         Attention to detail.

·         Proactive.

·         Ability to work independently.

·         Highly organised.

·         High level of interpersonal skills.

·         Confidence to manage stakeholders and customers.

·         Confidence to produce new ideas and implement process improvements.
