Working in partnership with the Group Internal Comms Manager, this role will be responsible for establishing effective solutions for the internal communication processes and content creation across all Supply Chain, including Factories.
This role will work in partnership with the Chief Supply Officer, HRD, wider HR communication and IT to develop the strategic narrative that can be used internally by assessing existing communication channels and develop organisation communication that are fit for the future (e.g. videos, briefings, updates), utilising new channels to produce strong narratives to drive employer brand work, I&D strategy and event programmes on all communications that are a priority for employee engagement.
The role will create high quality tools and templates that can be used or adapted for local comms, develop and deliver internal communications training as required to build capabilities across the network and work closely with support from Group Comms team and Group Corporate Affairs as required on key internal communication projects including integrating internal and external communications activity. There will be a requirement to manage weekly reporting process across all key metrics.
