Overview

This role will be part of the Phoenix Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to deliver, and possibly exceed, its financial goals through the strategy of ‘Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.

 

Phoenix is a portfolio of change projects and programmes, coming together as a business-led, technology enabled transformation to be delivered over a 3-year period (2022-2025).  The portfolio is coordinated via the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATC), connecting the dots across a set of Functional and Cross-Functional Workstreams.

 

A key Cross-Functional Workstream within the portfolio is the OCM accountable for Change, Training and Comms. The primary focus of this Change Management Analyst role is to deliver and embed business change, from analysis, planning and design to delivery, assessment and adoption, with a core emphasis placed on people, and how they may be affected by change and/or need to be supported. 

Responsibilities

  1. Change Management Plans:
  • Assist with the development of a Change Management Plan for each workstream.
  • Work with Change Management Lead to support the delivery of those Change Management Plans.
  • Track actions, risks and issues and follow up with stakeholders and project team members as required.
  • Update and maintain the Change Management Plan as required
  1. Communications Plans:
  • Assist with the development of a Comms Plan for each workstream.
  • Assist with the creation of content for the Comms Plan by providing information on topics, update on milestones, audiences etc to the Comms Team
  • Work with Change Management Lead and the Comms Team to support the delivery of those Change Management Plans.
  1. Change Impact Assessments:
  • Support the Change Management Lead to deliver a Change Impact Assessment for each workstream.
  • Capture outputs from Change Impact sessions and ensure they are incorporated into the overall assessment and reflected in the Change Management Plan.
  • Support the roll up and analysis of the Change Impact Assessments at a programme level for Change Board and Phoenix wide management.

 

  1. Change Agent Networks:
  • Support the activation and management of Change Agent Networks.
  • Facilitate sessions and engagement with the Change Agents.
  • Collate and summarise feedback from Change Agents highlighting any issues to the Change Management Lead.
  1. Business Readiness and Engagement:
  • Plan and schedule change workshops/engagement sessions.
  • Support the facilitation of stakeholder workshops (face to face and virtual).
  • Support the ongoing delivery of communication and engagement activities.
  • Support all of the business readiness activities, workshops and engagement sessions with preparation activities and follow up.
  • Use targeted data to help define readiness and prepare stakeholders for change.
  • Run regular surveys and collate feedback as required for key stage gates during the change journey.
  • Support execution of the established communication plan for the workstream, connecting with and influencing a wide range of audiences.
  1. Other:
  • Plan and schedule workshops.
  • Support the preparation of reports for various stakeholders.
  • Maintain key documents and SharePoint – Stakeholder List, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Change Impact Assessments, Change Actions, Communication Plan, Training Plan, Business Readiness Dashboard, Adoption Tracking, RAID Log.
