Overview

This role will be part of the Phoenix Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to deliver, and possibly exceed, its financial goals through the strategy of ‘Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.

 

Phoenix is a portfolio of change projects and programmes, coming together as a business-led, technology enabled transformation. We are now in the build phase of the program an require Subject Matter Expert Support in the Forecast to Plan workstream to support effective delivery.

 

The purpose of the Build phase is to finalise the readiness for SAP IBP and business processes for production go-live for the Forecast to Plan workstream. This includes solution build, final testing, cut-over rehearsal, development of training material and finalising the IT infrastructure and operations. During the build phase change management activities will commence and the subject mater expert will be expected to support the Supply Chain Change Manager and Forecast to Plan GPO with the creation of technical To Be materials to support business engagement and participate

Responsibilities

Activities will include (not exhaustive):

Build

  • Identify IBP Demand and DRP relevant master data and support cleansing and migration to S4 Hana
  • Support UAT testing by writing test scripts, designing training and providing technical support to testers
  • Input into mapping the Nomad supply network to identify the correct flow for IBP design and identify relative costs for IBP Optimiser
  • Support the build activities for the Marketing Unit based supply activities, DRP and Inventory optimisation
  • Participate in forecasting workshops for development of standardised SAC reporting dashboards to support the Forecast to Plan activities
  • Work with our 3rd party systems integrator to design and deliver the IBP control tower, Control tower alerts and workflow
  • Work with Finance and O2C workstreams to agree new product and customer hierarchies
  • Review IBP DP statistical forecasting to recommend updated ways of working aligned to the new hierarchies
  • Weekly reporting of activities to Program Management
  • Regular review of project plan and RAID logs with workstream program manager, proactively identifying any risks and issues to keep plans on track

Change

  • Drive standardisation in Planning process aligned to the new IBP template
  • Assist in creation of change and engagement materials by providing system documentation, screenshots in presentations and demos
  • Support delivery of Change Impact assessments for all Marketing Units and input into detailed change management plan
  • Document business use cases to support change management and creation of UAT scripts
  • Complete training needs analysis assessments
  • Support creation of IBP training materials and support training delivery
  • Role mapping of SAP IBP roles to Nomad Business roles
