The Talent Resourcer will work alongside the Talent Manager to source and headhunt high calibre, diverse talent to meet Nomad Foods’ business needs.  With support from the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Resourcer will use Nomad Foods’ best practice recruitment and selection process to fulfil all job requisitions they are responsible for and in line with Nomad Foods recruitment KPIs.


Use Nomad Foods’ best practice to source candidates for Nomad Foods job vacancies. Screen and process candidates to fulfil all job requisitions they are responsible for and in line with Nomad Foods recruitment KPIs including:

  • Post job adverts on internal careers site, LinkedIn and Reed
  • Monitor job advert response and review applicants
  • Source high calibre candidates from various job boards and LinkedIn
  • Use Boolean search methodology as well as head hunting approach
  • Create projects on LinkedIn and attach relevant candidates
  • Send inbox messages via LinkedIn and engage in initial attraction and screening conversations
  • Download suitable CVs from Reed Database and engage in initial screening methods
  • Upload candidates CVs to Application Tracking System (ICIMS)
  • Arrange more in-depth screening calls with Talent Manager (may conduct screening calls with candidates)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Communicate an attractive and authentic employer brand proposition that is in line with Nomad Foods’ employer brand guidelines
  • Direct source candidates for allocated jobs
  • Screen candidates and obtain answers to screening questions
  • Provide a longlist and/or shortlist of candidates to be reviewed by the Talent Manager before presentation to the Hiring Manager
  • Monitor and review applicants who apply directly, reject candidates as appropriate
  • Maintain ICIMS candidate profile
  • Maintain Candidate tracker



  • At least 1 years’ experience within a recruitment or HR function
  • Direct sourcing / headhunting experience (either in-house or agency)
  • LinkedIn sourcing experience
  • Previous experience recruiting within IT, Finance, Supply Chain or Sales/Marketing disciplines
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter
  • Working knowledge of application tracking systems (ATS)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (IT) proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Administrative skills
  • Advanced Organisational skills
  • Data collection and reporting skills
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail


  • Experience of recruiting within the FMCG industry
  • Experience working on Finance vacancies
  • Boolean search experience
  • Talent Attraction experience such as Employer Branding/EVP
  • Working knowledge of iCIMS ATS
  • Psychometric Testing (e.g. SHL qualified)
