The Recruitment Sourcing Executive will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Managers to research, source and attract hire high calibre finance professionals of all levels to meet Nomad Foods’ business needs.  With support from the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, the Talent Manager will use Nomad Foods’ best practice recruitment and selection process to fulfil all job requisitions they are responsible for and in line with Nomad Foods recruitment KPIs.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Sitting in with recruitment briefing sessions with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
  • Creating and posting of job adverts
  • Direct sourcing - Researching the market, sourcing candidates and screening of potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other headhunting methods
  • Assisting Talent Acquisition Coordinators with interview and assessment administration as required
  • Maintenance of recruitment data and metrics as required
  • Meeting Nomad Foods’ Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – internal and direct hiring as percentage of overall hiring, hiring manager satisfaction, candidate satisfaction, time to hire, cost to hire
  • Maintaining constructive HR Business Partner and Hiring Manager relationships
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Communicating an attractive and authentic employer brand proposition that is in line with Nomad Foods’ employer brand guidelines



  • Previous candidate sourcing experience (recruitment agency or similar in-house recruitment function)
  • Direct sourcing / headhunting experience (either in-house or agency)
  • Experience of high-volume recruitment
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter
  • Working knowledge of application tracking systems (ATS)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (IT) proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)


  • Experience of recruiting within the FMCG industry
  • Previous experience recruiting Finance roles (all levels – interim and permanent)
  • Experience of working on projects where high volume and short-notice recruitment required
  • Working knowledge of iCIMS ATS
