The last few years have seen phenomenal growth within the vegetation/vegan sector.  With turnover increasing, increased distribution, award-winning new products combined with changing consumer behaviour have been the major pillars for success. Not to mention the brilliant commercial team behind it. Green Cuisine has shown the opportunity to reap the benefits from one of the UK’s fastest-growing and on-trend categories and they only plan to increase this. With focus on their OOH channel if you want a role which is not your convention FMCG this is it.


We have grown in our retail division and now want to gain a strong footing within Out of Home (OOH). This growing segment is where we will see new partnerships and co-creation of Green Cuisine products with our restaurant and wholesaler partners.


There is an exciting opportunity to join the Green Cuisine team as a Senior National Account Manager responsible for the company’s biggest area of opportunity – Out of Home. With experience in both Wholesale and End User, this requires a true relationship builder and as a Senior National Account Manager, you’ll utilise the strong relationships you have forged in your career to date and drive incremental growth.


Culturally, we want out of the box. Not your typical thinking FMCG. The bolder the better. Think start up mentality but with FMCG backing. Best of both worlds.


  • Managing a team of two national account managers for Wholesale and End User
  • Executing the channel and commercial strategy
  • Exemplar account management of existing customers
  • Best in class hunting for key target customers
  • Securing new Business
  • Launch transformational product innovation.
  • Effective cross-functional leadership with supply/ops, category, brand & shopper marketing, commercial operations, and external field sales teams



  • Degree preferred
  • Existing SNAM or NAM with experience of working within Foodservice/QSR/Wholesale
  • Great people skills incl. people management responsibility
  • Willingness to learn and take on feedback
  • Good IT skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Can do attitude

  • Bold Delivery – strong desire to deliver against targets


  • Ability to read data
  • Sound level of commercial acumen
  • Resilience & excellent negotiation skills in order to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes in often very demanding circumstances

  • Change Agent – able to work flexibly and ‘find a better way’
