The Head of Supply Chain for Green Cuisine (GC) is accountable for the efficient management Supply Chain operation for Green Cuisine including managing the Customer demand signal to our factories, and aligning and managing the service, inventory and cost metrics across all the Nomad Supply Chain.


The successful candidate will be required to provide planning and logistics expertise both directly and indirectly to the GC, MU, SU Teams in order to meet the business units KPI’s through creating a best-in-class Supply Chain operation.


This role needs to ensure the most efficient and effective planning, including the development and implementation of the new GC Supply Chain operating model.


The scope of this role will require both the management of a complex set of business Stakeholders and the development of a high performing cross functional Team who are able to deliver the Supply Chain requirements for this key growth areas.


The role requires strong collaboration and Stakeholder management across all areas of the business with a focus on GC, MU, SU and Group operational Teams.  This role also requires the management and coordination of various external partners, including Co-packers.




Accountable for the effective management of all demand planning and logistics functions, procedures, and activities to maximise the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the GC MU:

  • Define, agree and implement the end to end supply chain strategy for GC – translating strategic net sales plan to executable Make and/or Buy plans
  • Ensure there is sufficient capacity planned to deliver future product Category requirements up to €300m
  • Put in place an OOH/QSR Supply Chain solution that is scaled to GC requirements
  • Ownership of GC S&OP processes to ensure best practice and the achievement of the business units KPI’s
  • Accountable for the effective Stakeholder management of key Colleagues across the business with focus on the GC, MU, SU and Group Teams
  • Accountable for the management of the GC Co-packer processes required to support the GC
  • Accountable for leading the portfolio innovation and streamline process
  • Ensure continuity of supply for single source key ingredients. Put in place Joint Business Plans to mitigate supply risks
  • Ensure that GC Supply Chain performance (Cost, Service and Cash) is delivered in the most cost effective and efficient way
  • Onboard and Integrate Innovation and Technology partners. Develop Supply Chain elements where absent
  • Coach and support the NFI commercial Teams to ensure that they are aware of the planning and logistics costs and complexities when negotiating with their Customers
  • Lead, develop and inspire a Team to deliver high performance, embracing core Nomad values
  • Accountability for budget performance vs target for Working Capital, Stock Loss and Indirect expenditure




  • Experience in Sales & Operations Planning within a similar organisation
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supply Chain management role
  • Evidence of developing and implementing strategic direction and change
  • Experience of managing key Stakeholders in a complex matrix organisation
  • Experience of developing people through succession planning and empowering and developing people
  • Commercially astute, ambitious manager with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in supply chain category planning
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
  • A drive for results and dealing with ambiguity
  • Able to make balanced and cost-conscious decisions
  • Can influence effectively across matrix organisations to deliver required results

  • Demonstrating broader business experience gained in a cross-functional role
  • Knowledge of international supply chains
