The Head of Supply Chain for Green Cuisine (GC) is accountable for the efficient management Supply Chain operation for Green Cuisine including managing the Customer demand signal to our factories, and aligning and managing the service, inventory and cost metrics across all the Nomad Supply Chain.
The successful candidate will be required to provide planning and logistics expertise both directly and indirectly to the GC, MU, SU Teams in order to meet the business units KPI’s through creating a best-in-class Supply Chain operation.
This role needs to ensure the most efficient and effective planning, including the development and implementation of the new GC Supply Chain operating model.
The scope of this role will require both the management of a complex set of business Stakeholders and the development of a high performing cross functional Team who are able to deliver the Supply Chain requirements for this key growth areas.
The role requires strong collaboration and Stakeholder management across all areas of the business with a focus on GC, MU, SU and Group operational Teams. This role also requires the management and coordination of various external partners, including Co-packers.
