The role holder must have the ability to understand and operate potentially complex machinery, whilst ensuring safety. Ensuring optimum line running with control over product weight and give away; and will also manage downtime issues effectively and timely with the engineering team. All company policies and procedures relating to the area must be adhered to at all times.
