  • Overview

    This position reports directly to the SU Finance Manager, it has strong reporting accountability and will be responsible for maintaining a financial controlled environment. She/he is expected to be a dynamic leader on the plant and a reference contact for the Operations Teams.


    1)       Lead product costing through ABC model and transfer price estimation for Innovation

    • Liaise with SC/Logistics colleagues to understand demand volume inputs
    • Ensure complete and timely running of the ABC model and generation of fixed costs allocation to products
    • Provide analysis of the output transfer prices, detailing reasons for movements
    • Provide transfer prices estimation for Innovation based on solid assumptions and fully alignment with other functions (R&D, Operations, SC, Marketing, etc.) and great collaboration with stakeholders

    2)       Support Month end financial closure and management reporting

    • Prepare monthly actual result variance analysis for internal discussion
    • Submit monthly Actual and forecast in BPC as per official guidelines
    • Any other management reporting

    3)       Contribute to drive financial performance of the site through OpX (Operational Excellence)

    • Lead particular savings projects assuring collaboration with the other functions and other factories
    • Monitor of the OpX savings delivery for the site




    Qualifications & Previous Experience

    • 3/4 years experience in financial and business management

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Leadership Skills: Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedback
    • Fluent English and on occasions be flexible enough to travel regionally


    • Due to varying workloads or unexpected requests he/she will be expected to be flexible in the management of their time
    • Suggestions to change and improve procedures and processes
    • Continuous improvement in production, preparation and presentation of cost information


    • Previous experience in FMCG
