    The Nomad finance team is also going through a period of transformation to deliver its finance manifesto and implement step change improvements to the operating of the finance function across the business.


    This newly defined role will support across a number of key areas in the Group FP&A team, helping to manage the Group Bonus and Reward Schemes, supporting on the delivery of a robust working capital and cash flow forecasting process and helping across other FP&A processes, including the delivery of the Annual Plan.


    The position will sit within the Group FP&A team and will work closely with the Finance teams across the business, as well as other finance functions in Group Finance to deliver roles responsibilities


    • Helping to implement a working capital and cash flow monthly forecasting process across the Group providing insight on working capital drivers and optimising the process once implemented
    • Supporting month end processes in FP&A to provide efficient reporting and analytics as required
    • Supporting through the Annual Plan process to ensure data is captured and analysed, and that actions are transitioned through to a restated plan for 2019
    • Helping to manage and deliver the calculation of the Group wide bonus scheme to provide accurate forecasts of the Group bonus exposure and ensure process is followed and targets are correctly calculated
    • Supporting on the tracking and reporting of acquisition performance and delivery (cost and synergy delivery) on a monthly basis, as well as helping on the understanding and integration of new acquisitions as they arise
    • Support Senior FP&A Manager with ad hoc analysis as needed



    • A graduate, qualified accountant preferably CIMA, ACA or equivalent
    • Previous FP&A experience in a multinational business
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills distilling detailed information down into key clear messages
    • Motivated self-starter - able to identify improvement ideas (challenge the status quo) and deliver change
    • Ability to own and deliver own work against tight deadlines
    • A persuasive manner and the ability to exert influence to drive impact across the function
    • Ability to build relationships across multiple user sites



    • Blue Chip FMCG FP&A experience
    • SAP experience
    • BPC experience
