    Due to the expansion of the Group L&D plan and investment in 2019, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and efficient L&D co-ordinator to join the Group L&D team based in the Nomad Foods Head Office in Bedfont UK. 


    This role is responsible for the co-ordination and administration of L&D activities and programmes across multiple locations and countries, and through a wide network of HRBPs. 


    • Co-ordinating global training events including our Management & Leadership, Culture and Negotiation Programmes – classroom, webinars, digital
    • Coordination of programme and communication with participants, Line Managers, HR teams & suppliers via email
    • Updating and managing the L&D schedule and calendar including the inbox in Outlook & on shared drives
    • Booking venues and suppliers for training events e.g. stationery, equipment
    • Requesting and collating feedback & information using Survey Monkey and MS office forms
    • Uploading and maintaining learning resources on Sharepoint – including documents, videos, presentations, toolkits, training packs etc.
    • Maintaining internal and external online learning resources and access e.g. SkillPill, Nomad Foods Academies
    • Collating data and maintaining records, files, trackers and reporting on learner status, attendance and feedback etc.
    • Updating L&D promotional comms regularly via email, platforms & newsletters
    • Responds to & resolves L&D queries and promotes our learning culture
    • Collating learning needs data and reporting results
    • Supporting the new LMS implementation project (Q2) including set-up, administration of users, content, analytics
    • Setting up suppliers, raising purchase orders and tracking invoices and expenditure against the L&D budget



    • Previous experience of oo-ordinating and administering L&D programmes across multiple locations and countries, via HR network, in a corporate environment
    • Liaised with external suppliers and providers
    • Worked in a highly manual way e.g. using full MS office suite (without an LMS)
    • Exellent customer service skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • L&D delivery best practice and processes e.g. delegate communication, event management
    • Excellent IT skills including all core MS office applications & SharePoint
    • Highly organised and able to prioritise
    • Takes ownership for delivering results
    • Works cross-functionally in a collaborative way
    • Seeks feedback
    • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability


    • Administered L&D programmes via an LMS
    • Has used SharePoint to make L&D resources available to others
    • WordPress editing skills
    • Business knowledge & skills
    • Proficient in using invoicing systems
    • Shows energy and passion for Nomad Foods
    • Communicates in a persuasive manner
    • Demonstrates a good understanding of business
