Due to growth of the business, Nomad Foods is getting bigger and more complex as a result we are evolving the Group IT organisational structure to meet business demands now and in the future. In 2019 a significant investment is being made in IT; we are internalising skill capability, increasing our capacity and creating more career opportunities, increasing our permanent headcount by over 40%

     

    Due to demand, a new position has been created to support the business with regard to Group functions

     

    IT addresses the needs of the business by optimising the application of systems and processes to meet business requirements

     

    Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager – Commercial & Group, this role has particular responsibility for those systems used by Group functions globally for Nomad Foods. These include, but not limited to, Digital, Comms, CRM, O365 and others

     

    This role will support the increased usability and effectiveness of these system by working with the business to enhance them

    The role will include the identification and implementation of new systems and/or change to existing

    The role will support the resolution of issues with our outsource partners

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the investigation, analysis, design, build and testing of applications to create business advantage.

    • Ensuring process and system integrity & conformance
    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the business and the outsourced suppliers in order to add significant value in optimising technology’s effectiveness and contributing to the success of this thriving and dynamic FMCG environment
    • Potential to manage BA staff

    Qualifications

    Essential

    • Graduate Calibre
    • A BA with good general experience in multiple systems/environments.
    • Strong analytical skills, coupled with knowledge of how IS applications can maximise business advantage.
    • A desire and ability to work in a pan-European environment is important.
    • Experience of working with commercial systems including Digital, CRM, Marketing and other systems and processes gained in an end user (ideally FMCG), consultancy or vendor environment.
    • Possess highly developed interpersonal skills coupled with the drive and energy to play a central role in the development of this fast paced and evolving business.
    • Flexibility and a willingness to ‘go the extra mile’

    Desirable

    • Experience of system change projects.
    • SAP experience beneficial
    • Pan-European experience an advantage
    • Experience of FMCG business environment
    • Experience of Business Analysis in a SOX regulated environment.
    • Experience in BW systems.
    • Knowledge of commercial management reporting would be an advantage
