The Revenue Growth Management team is a strategic function which sits centrally in the Nomad business to drive long-term profitable growth: growing NS/KG, expanding the profit pool and our share of it. The role of the Revenue Growth Management team is to identify the optimum way to drive NS/KG, grow the profit pool and Nomad Food’s share in it from a selection of RGM levers.
This position is critical to building and executing our RGM plans and driving sustainable NS/K growth across the Southern Europe (SE) Cluster (Italy, Spain and Portugal). Specifically, this role, sitting within the SE leadership team, should establish, align, and deliver the Cluster ambition, approach & strategic roadmap for RGM.

Reporting to the UK&I Head of Marketing Operations, this role plays a pivotal role in activating the UK&I marketing plans for Aunt Bessie’s and Goodfella’s in the Irish market. The role will be responsible for delivering in line with the 3 year growth strategy and have a broad remit and responsibilities within respective segment(s).
The role is directly responsible for buying the dairy and egg portfolio with an approximate annual spend of c€70million. Working at both strategic and operational level, the role holder will identify and deliver sourcing projects and category management to mitigate risk and add value to the organisation.
Joining Birds Eye as the Head of Finance, you'll partner closely with the business and client group to drive business performance plus lead and develop a Finance team by providing coaching and development, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback to drive strong delivery and engagement. You'll also provide detailed and insightful analysis, commentary, advice, challenge and be a key support in either customer or supplier meetings and negotiations, by providing insights, analysis, challenge and recommendations.
